This recipe was easy and kids loved how creamy it is. They told me to throw away all the boxed pudding. Oops I think they are spoiled.

My daughter had been wanting to make pudding from scratch, so we tried this recipe. Very easy and tasty! The only thing i didn't like was it was a little too thick for my taste, but I am sure that can be easily changed with a little less cornstarch. But all in all, a perfect easy pudding - much better than boxed!
