There are not many soups that I can make for my boyfriend that he will eat. Normally I ask him first if he like what I am going to make. This time I just made the soup and he was so happy that I had made it.
It was so creamy and the flavors mixed so well that he asked me to make more so he could take it on the truck (He has a company that drives 18-wheelers) to have. This way he can eat the soup when he isn't home. I have to give this soup a 5 for making him happy.
Plus it takes so little time in making. I thought something this good would take longer to make but I was sure surprised. Will be making it more often.

Knowing my family's taste, I made this soup without the brown sugar. I used apple juice in place of the apple nectar and added a pinch of garlic powder. It was just sweet enough, but not too sweet. Served it with banana bread, and everyone loved it! This is definitely what I will be serving for Thanksgiving Eve dinner. Wonderful soup! It is very satisfying.

a little to sweet for my diabetic husband. The rest of the family loved it and some asked for seconds! Make ahead (day or 2 before big dinner), keeps well in fridge and is actually better the second or third day! (IF you can keep it that long!). YUMMY.
A creamy pudding with a banana twist. This dessert not only looks appealing in the glass bowl, but your guests will be pleasantly surprised from the first bite to the last.
Chocolate cake mix, evaporated milk and caramels make these the most moist and tender brownies this side of paradise. Add chocolate chips and chopped nuts and you'll think you've already arrived!
The perfect dessert for a sunny day. Fresh strawberries are kept shiny with a fruit-sweetened glaze.
