I took this pie to Thanksgiving dinner at a friend's housse. Of all the homemade desserts there, this one disappeared first and received rave reviews! I am taking it to an office party tomorrow. Easiest dessert I have ever made!

We love key lime pie, and this one hit the spot. It was so easy to make and the taste was perfect. It was great to find a key lime recipe that doesn't include eggs. It has become a favorite in our house.
