I've been making mixed bery cobblers this way, using sugar cookie dough. By upgrading to Tollhouse cookie dough it raises my cobblers to a whole new level; really fantastic!

I used frozen apples from my freezer that I had thawed and added sugar and the oatmeal raisin cookie dough. Add a scoop of vanilla ice cream and you have a easy delicious dessert. Thanks.

THIS WAS SO QUICK AND EASY TO MAKE AND WAS JUST SO DELICIOUS. ANY PIE FILLING IS GOOD, BUT MY FAVORITE IS CHERRY - MY KIDS AND HUSBAND PREFER APPLE. YOU CAN ALSO USE DIFFERENT KINDS OF COOKIE DOUGH, SUGAR COOKIE IS SURPRISEINGLY GOOD. THIS IS A GOOD SNACK FOR THE KIDS AND GREAT TO TAKE FOR A POTLUCK.
