I am NOT a good cook, and these were great! The cookie was sooo soft and fluffy!! I probably got a bit too much OJ in them, but will def make again!!

These are the first pumpkin cookies that I have ever made. I love pumpkin pie and pumpkin bread so I gave these a shot. I'm so glad I did. The orange and pumpkin are great together.

I love to bake and wanted to make something pumpkin related. I found this recipe on a display at my job, and decided to try it out on my day off. My family and I enjoyed these cookies very much.

This is a terrific receipe and healthy for toddlers that don't eat enough healthy vegetables and Orange juice. A big hit with pecans in the cookies.

The cookies were great. I used 1/4 cup of honey instead of the sugar and added 1 tsp of pumpkin spice. I also ended up using some vanilla frosting to cover the cookies ... yum!

These cookies did not have very much flavor. We could not taste the pumpkin nor the orange very much.

These cookies were easy to make and pretty good. They froze pretty well when I used them. They also looked nice on a plater with my other cookies. The glaze was very thin, so it ran everywhere. I enjoyed them even without the glaze.
Tasty enough for any occasion, these butterscotch haystacks are mounded with a mixture of peanut butter, butterscotch morsels, marshmallows and chow mein noodles. To enjoy in a snap, make them the microwave way.
Put this hearty egg, cheese and sausage casserole into the oven early on a weekend morning and it will be ready by the time the whole family is up. An easy holiday brunch recipe! For extra variation try different cheeses, or add some ham or bacon bits.
Chocolate, chocolate, chocolate is what this cake is made of! Sour cream and pudding mix enrich and make this cake moist and delicious.
