This was so easy & quick to make. The only issue I had was finding the mint chips. I ended up finding mixed bags of mint & semi sweet chips & using them. Otherwise: simple, easy & delicious.

Did anyone else use a 9x11 pan as the recipe recommends? I found even that being to big, so I ended up scraping the chips towards the middle after they were melted. I will have to use smaller pan next time.

I loved this so much I made it for my neighborhood X-mas gift exchange. I couldn't find the mint choc. chips one time when I was going to make it, so I substituted the reg. choc. chips and the mint chips for the Creme de Mente pieces, and it turned out great, too.
You and your guests will want to gobble up these Thanksgiving Turkey Cookies. Using our refrigerated chocolate chip cookie dough as the base of these adorable cookies, frosting and almond slices are used to decorate the "turkey's" body. For the finishing touches, white and semi-sweet mini morsels are used for the eyes, candy corn as the nose and pretzel pieces are used as the feet for this tasty treat! Who says you can't have turkey for dinner and dessert!
