I made this for school today and it was a hit! I used a muffin pan as I did not have a tartlet pan and it worked. Placed chunked papaya on top as fresh berries were too high this week. This is a keeper recipe!

Why not have fun and use different types of pudding fillings, like cheesecake, chocolate or french vanilla. Lemon would be a pleasant change too. You could also change the crusts to match the puddings !! Use different fruits for toppings too, like bananas and sprinkled pecans for chocolate, mandarin oranges and or Pineapple on lemon, maybe blueberry or cherries on cheesecake. You can turn this into so many different desserts ! This is a fun recipe !! Let your imagination lead the way!!

I have tried a lot of recipies from this site and this by far is the best one ever. It is simple and easy. I would use my own sugar cookie recipe next time. The prepared cookie dough got soft after the first day. It made it difficult to pick up. My family liked just one type of berry on each one instead of mixing them. I will be making these over and over .
