What, no pumpkin?

by S. Susan , Grass Lake, MI on Jan. 2009

Just kidding. My daughter makes this recipe all the time, and everyone loves it. I usually leave out the tomatoes, as my husband doesn't care for them. Good stuff, although I wonder whether just a few spoonsful of pumpkin might give it an extra-rich flavor and color.
