These were the simplest recipe I have ever made. They were good are a great recipe when you need a quick batch of cookies. They are very small so be sure to make enough if you are giving them to someone or making them for an occasion.

I made these for a picnic and everyone loved them. I used mini peanut butter cups for some and melted caramel kisses for the rest. I also melted some more chocolate to drizzle on top. I will definitely make these again!

I've tried this technique to fancy up appetizers, but I never thought of using cupcake tins for cookies before (don't know why). I'll try it this weekend.

This is a easy, tasty treat to make. Especially when you don't want to wait for the time it takes to make homemade cookies. I used the chocolate filled chocolate chip cookies with the milk chocolate and peanut butter chips...AWESOME!

I made these for something quick to add to dessert trays I was making for a couple of parties. They were very easy to make and were a big hit. Rather than using the swirled chips, I just used mini-chocolate chips. They worked wonderfully and everyone loved them.
