I got together with my mom and we had a baking day for the holidays and we tried this and it was very GOOD,we added an extra scoop of ice cream in the bottom of the cup! We did leave out the rum! It would be great as a pumpkin milk shake! Very Good!

We skipped the rum, added whip cream and sprinkled nutmeg on top of the whip cream. It makes a fantastic dessert with a lot of nutritional value. WE all loved it!!

Your Pumpkin Nog is addictive. I've made three batches of it over this holiday season and can't keep enough of it on hand. One more time, for my New Year's brunch and that should be it for this
season. Well . . . maybe.

I tried this without the rum, for the family. We really loved the "pie and ice cream" taste in a mug.

I love anything pumpkin, and this was delicious and a fun thing to serve. I will make this quite often not only during the holidays, but throughout the year as well.

I love this recipe. It is so nice to have an alternative to the traditional Egg Nog. I think it is much better than egg nog.

this is a great treat for the holidays! My kids loved the flavor. I even used the idea and did it low carb. I didn't use the honey and used low carb vanilla ice cream. yummmmmmmmmmy!
