I made these this week for my husband to take to work. I used what I had on hand..pistachios and a bag of the white and semi-sweet Nestle swirled morsels. The cookies turned out excellent and the best comments came from one of my husband's co-workers who wants me to open a bakery! Great tasting cookie for chocoholics!

I made these cookies for a work 'snack' day (employees are asked to donate to a select cause - relay for life, juvenile diabetes, etc. - for unlimited snacking). They seemed quite popular. I happened to have macadamia nuts on hand, and I love chocolate and peanut butter. I thought it could have had a stronger peanut butter flavor, but otherwise they were quite tasty.

Oh So Good

These cookies are so very good. My favorite flavors, chocolate and peanut butter. I substituted walnuts for the macademia because that is what I had on hand and I couldn't wait to try these. Next time I will use macademias.

These were the best cookies ever. I baked them as gifts for friends and relatives. My kids wanted me to cook more just for them, which I did. They loved them.
