Being diabetics'we experimented with changing some of the ingredients. It just didn't taste the same without real sugar. I think it's because the sugar brings out the tartness in the cranberrys. So we will just eat less of the original but still enjoy it with the kids.

These were fun to make, but I guess I prefer a more cookie like crust. Kids liked them though.

with so many people coming and going over Long 4th weekend, it kept me busy cooking, baking, etc. This is just one of the "many" sweet snacks I did and they were a huge hit! More so with the adults than the kids & I would have thought it the other way around! Anyway, every one gave them a 5!

This recipe was fun and easy to make. My daughter and i made them. she is 17. her friends thought they were great. they all wanted the recipe to take home with them. it is also a good way to get the kids to eat something else but chips and soda. they get into the kitchen and away from the tv. Thank you.

These were fun to make. We changed some of the ingredients, like we used sugar cookie dough and dried cherries with macadamia nuts instead; those were to die for. Lots of possibilities!!

Put this hearty egg, cheese and sausage casserole into the oven early on a weekend morning and it will be ready by the time the whole family is up. An easy holiday brunch recipe! For extra variation try different cheeses, or add some ham or bacon bits.
