What a fantastic recipe!!! I was looking for an ice cream cake recipe for my Dad for Father's Day and boy we sure weren't disappointed with this one!!! I confess I did alter the recipe a little, but it worked out good. Instead of a store bought frozen pound cake, I used my own recipe for the pound cake and baked one first. I also substituted vanilla ice cream for coffee flavored and crushed peanut butter cups. Next time I make this, I want to use a brownie layer instead of a pound cake and crushed oreos and vanilla ice cream for the ice cream layer. I've already had a request for the recipe and I've told all of my co-workers about it. Great recipe!!!! Thank you!

I was looking for something different as a dessert for Easter Sunday. Made this cake and O my gosh! My daughter stated it well. The best tasting cake she has ever had. She thinks I should bake these and sell them to some higher end restaurants in our area. Not a bad idea but a bit of work. Very elegant cake. Will definitely make again.

Easy to make. The end product is very delicious. Had many requests for the recipe. Took it to a church function and half was already eaten before it even got to the table to be served!

I made this for a group of 10 women. Everyone enjoyed this cake. Some said it looked like it came out of a magazine. It has a very nice eye appeal. BUT, the TASTE is what you should try. I thought that it would be rich. It isn't. The Combination of all is perfect. They all wanted a copy of the recipe. If time is an issue, go ahead and make it and freeze till ready to serve. I used the canned whipped cream and "decorated the top" then sprinkled crushed mmballs. I will keep this recipe on top of the "special cakes" pile. You can't go wrong. A must try!

This is a great recipe. I love malted milk balls and coffee and this is a perfect blend. Everyone at the office raved about it, even those who said they didn't normally like coffee ice cream

My husband loves anything malted: malted shakes, a chocolate malt cheesecake that I make, and now this ice-cream cake!! Since, he does not like coffee, I made this with chocolate ice cream instead of the coffee ice cream and he thought that this was the absolute best ice cream cake ever. It was a bit time consuming, because of waiting for ice cream to thaw and refreeze; but definitely worth every minute used!!
A surprise filling of brown sugar streusel makes this Sour Cream Pumpkin Bundt Cake a special treat. Save a bit of icing for drizzling over each serving of this wonderful cake!
Chocolate Snappers are sweet and chocolatey. Everyone will love 'em!
This delicious Chewy Brownie Mix In A Jar makes a lovely and thoughtful gift!
