Didn't enjoy

I made this for dessert and both my husband and I did not enjoy it, I don't know if I did something wrong or that the pecans made it gritty tasting.

I made this last year for a Thanksgiving dessert. Everyone loved it. My brother is asking me to make it again this year. This is definitely a keeper. Great taste!

Pineapple Pecan Cup

I had a dinner at my house on Sunday. Of course if was a big Sunday meal. Everytime I have a big dinner everyone is so full after dinner it is hard for them to eat a traditional heavy dessert. I had the traditional desserts of cakes and pies for those who wanted them or wanted to take them home, but I also had the Pineapple Pecan cups. They were so much lighter than the other desserts. Everyone just raved over them. Some even had a couple and stated they weren't overly full. Thanks for the recipe!!!!

Minimal work for such a wonderful treat. Blending the pecans in is such a great idea. I would never have done this on my own.
