I wasn't sure what Polenta was until I tried out this recipe. The result was a healthy and yummy side dish. I love raisins and this is one easy dish to make. It is a little to the sweet side.

This was a good cold morning breakfast. It was a little too sweet so next time I will reduce the amount of syrup.

I love my cereal in the mornings, but sometimes I want something a little different, this fits the bill. It warms me up, I love the corn and maple taste together and I love knowing I'm still eating healthy!

I had never had polenta so I thought I'd give it a try. My husband loved it - I found that it needed something.

If you love hot cereal for breakfast, you will love this polenta. It is delicious and yummy! Very easy and versitile recipe. Along with the maple syrup you can also add raisins, dates, nuts (any kind you like), dried apricots, honey, anything that suits your taste. It is an excellent warm your tummy dish. A good comfort food that sticks to your ribs. My husband and I love it! Sooooo goooood!!! Thanks for another great recipe! It's a keeper.

I found this to be a very good breakfast alternative. I don't like things that are too sweet and this one, even with the maple syrup. Easy to make, too!

I love maple and corn meal, but this recipe turned out very bland and my family did not like it. NOT A KEEPER!
