Meet Elois - NESTLÉ® Food Technician

Hi! I’m Elois.

I’m a food technician at NESTLÉ, and I've been working here for more than 23 years! My job is to develop new recipes... so I’m a little bit like Thomas Edison, but with food.
 
I started cooking when I was a little girl. My mother worked at a restaurant and would bring home her favorite dishes. Then we would learn how to make them. Desserts were always our favorite.
 
Well, dessert is still my favorite. I work on them every day! Now that I think about it, I must have the best job in the world! For example, not only do I get to test pumpkin recipes, I get to share them with you.
