I use cooking & baking as my "Therapy" & Heaven knows I need it! during the recent ice storm which held us powereless for 7 days, at least my stove was gas and once we lit the oven, it stayed on....only trouble was the thermostat didn't work, but that's ok, it just took longer. I still cooked every meal....couldn't go out to eat, restaurants didn't have power either. That's another reason I needed Therapy! I read a lot of cookbooks by lantern light!.

I have started collecting recipes from here and store them on a flash drive. The ones that I have printed out I keep in a 3 ring photograph album. I fold them so that they fit into the 4x6 slots, that way all I have to do is slide them out when I want to use them. I love this site!!! Thank you Nestles for providing it for so many of us!!.
