I remember taking my daughter to an arts and craft fair in an old barn every year around Christmas. There was a lady selling this peanut butter candy. It was kinda expensive but we bought it once and my daughter loved it. Being a single parent I could not afford much of it so I decided to disect it and see if I could recreate it. Most of the ingredient were pretty easy to identify but the peanut butter coating some a problem. I decide to try peanut butter chips and melting them down but found out they don't melt well. After one wasted batch of burn chips I decided to add white chocolate to give it the creamy consistency. And to my amazement it work, I just kept adding chips until the mixture smoothes out. Now my daughter could have her favorite candy any time. We have since made the candy together for several friends and they can't believe how easy it is and how great it taste. I now try to disect other foods that we like, some work and some don't.
