Every Year, that my mom lets me to make Hello Dolly Cookies when she taught me about eight or nine years old at Christmas time. Now two years ago,I taught my daughter how to make them, because we share our favorite Christmas treat together at Christmas time. It is not the same recipe as seven layer bar cookies because we use semisweet chocolate chips and butterscotch as originally planned for a long time. No peanut butter or white chocolate chip, just semisweet and butterscotch chips, with pecans and sweetened condensed milk. Hopefully she will pass it down to future generation..
