Last October my son and granddaughter were visiting and it was my son's birthday. Of course my granddaughter wanted a cake for her daddy! Well, I used to do a lot of cakes and had a Firetruck cake pan. We baked and we colored frosting and we found pictures of Daddy's firetruck. They live in Bullhead City, AZ. Their firetrucks have a bull on them, we frosted and worked and I put the bull and the fancy stripe on it, she just loved it! It wasn't the prettiest cake I've ever turned out, but my granddaughter's joy made it the best one!

Janice D. from Longview, Tx why don't you ever write anything?
Dale that is a nice memory, I did something similar when my children were small. Your Grandsaughter will remember the special cake
you made for her Daddy for years to come.

I hope you took pictures of this special cake which I'm sure turned out beautiful. This was a great memory for your grand-daughter and hope she will continue to make more creative cakes.

Being the wife of a FD 911 dispatcher and volunteer fireman, I just LOVE your story! My sister is the creative cake baker in our family and gets that from my Mom who used to bake wonderful cakes when we were kids. Keeep on baking and keep on creating wonderful memories!

I had a book called Cut-Up-Cakes. I use to make my boys all sorts of Cut-Up-cakes for their Birhtdays. I got the book from ordering it from a coconut bag.
