My mother always loved Lindzer cookies so that's what she baked. She would let me sit & help "cut out" the dough. Then, I would get to spread the raspberry jelly & of course, lick the spoon.

My Mom baked those cookies for many, many years and we enjoyed the great taste of the jam inside the cookies. Thanks for making me remember those days too.
