HI EVERYONE, I HAVE NOT BEEN ON FOR AWHILE.MY FRIEND HAS BEEN SICK, SHE ASKED ME TO TAKE OVER HER NIGHT COOKING CLASS AT SCHOOL. SO I'AM.I COULD USE YOUR HELP. I'AM LOOKING FOR RECIPES OR IDEAS ON DISHES FROM OTHER COUNTRIES.ONES THAT GO BACK GENERATIONS.WE ARE GOING TO TRY TO PUT ON AN INTERNATIONAL FOODS NIGHT TO RASISE MONEY FOR THE FOOD SHELTER.WE WILL DOUBLE WHAT WE DO TO BRING TO THE CENTER..SO PLEASE ANY IDEAS..I KNOW YOU ALL HAVE COME THROUGH FOR ME AND OTHERS MANY TIMES.I SHOULD HAVE STARTED SMALL BUT I ALWAYS GO IN BIG..WISH ME LUCK..THANKS SO MUCH TO ALL OF YOU..HAVE A WONDERFUL DAY.I'AM LOOKING THROUGH MY G' GRANDMAS COOK BOOK, HER HAND WRITTEN ONE.IT IS FULL OF MEMMORIES, NOTES ABOUT THE DISHES AND HOW PEOPLE LIKED OR DISLIKED THEM...HELP ME PLEASE.

Really nice idea.I will see what I can find. I will also ask some fellow teachers at school.We did something like that last year in school.It went very well.Good luck.I always go big as well.It is the only way to go.I hope your friend feels better.It was nice of you to fillin for your friend.I will get back to you.

Have one section of your group do the easy International dishes. DESSERTS Saves money gives great return on energy, is needed after heavier meals and provides fun.

Here are 2 very delicious recipes. First one from Turkey & it's for Turkish Pate..............http://www.turkishcookbook.com/2005/10/lentil-pate.php & one from Japan....http://japanesefood.about.com/od/noodlessoup/r/hiyashichuka.htm....I like them both very much!!!!
