I learned to bake cookies at a young age watching my Mom. She let my brother and myself do all the decorating.

When my sons were little, we always baked chocolate chip cookies. They always helped me. To this day, they still love chocolate chip cookies that are home made.

I make all of my cookies form scratch and I used the toll house morsel and they are good .

My mother had no use for baking cookies.
The first cookies I ever baked were Snickerdoodles - and I'd never even heard of them - in home ec class 1958.

Absolutely love chocolate chip toll-house cookies!! That's the recipe I use every time. They are my favorite cookies! There's no comparing the "real thing" with those chocolate chip cookies you buy in stores! I actually just finished eating two, in fact.....made a fresh batch of them yesterday! They don't last long!!!
Oooh, Nancy......snickerdoodles are good, too!!! Delicious! I should make them more often....usually only make them around Christmastime. But they are sooo good!! Wonder where they came up with the name for them....snickerdoodles!!
