This past Christmas was an emotional one for me because my children decided that they'd like to try preparing the holiday meal. They began taking cooking classes at the local kids academy and they wanted a bit more responsibility this year. Well, they had been doing so well in their classes I decided to let them prepare whatever they liked. I am immensely proud to say that it all turned out perfectly...except I still had to do the dishes!

That your children have such an interest in cooking reflects on you and you should be very proud they are following a good example.
