This past Christmas, I included a little helper in on some cookie baking. My Grandson, Stevie, he is two and full of energy. I knew what to expect, and we had a great time making snicker doodles, chocolate chips cookies, and ginger bread men. He did a great job for a two year old, and was wowed when he seen the dough come out of the oven as cookies. I hope to continue the holiday cookie baking with him in future holidays. He not only is a great helper, but, great taste tester too!

Thanks for such a sweet story, Barbara.  It sounds like Stevie is very lucky to have such a good grandma!

He sounds like he may enjoy baking through the years and even when he is older.

Great tradition started. I am sure that Stevie wil cherish this memory when he gets older.
