Christmas gift bag for kids

I bought some nice string-handle bags and decorated them with cut-out construction paper holly leaves and glitter paint berries. And I've been buying little things - candy and such to put in the bags along with a BIG bag of my cookies. That's for the kids I have in the "art" class each Sunday evening.
Now I'm wondering is I should make a bag for every child who comes to church the night of Dec. 19. Wouldn't that be fun? Or should I just make a gift for the kids I teach?
I'm wondering about making the extra bags and having the kids in the class give bags to the others.
Any ideas or suggestions?

Why not just have your art class kids decorate lunch bags(I have seen white ones, but the brown will work) & put a few cookies in, a few pieces of candy & a (store brand is cheaper) zip bag of popcorn mixed with green & red M&M s.Your art kids can get in the spirit of giving while the kids who receive the bags will get a nice surprise as they walk out of church.

Having children decorate bags serves a twofold purpose. One, they have a bag they made themselves and two, they are occupied doing something crafty. A nice change from games or tv.
