My son Jason is all boy, he loves playing in the sand , roughhousing with his brother and running on the playground. Jason also has a side that loves helping in the kitchen. Jason grabs his stool, puts it next to the counter and hops on ready to help cook. He has turned into quite the little mixer. One day I decided to make cookies, Jason wanted to make Diego (the explorer) cookies. Not wanting to make roll out cookies I found an easy recipe for cookies using a brownie mix and eggs. Jason mixed up the cookies and helped scoop them onto a cookie sheet. After they baked I put dollops of frosting and fall sprinkles on them. Jason and I declared them to be like the rocks Diego loves to climb on.
