My niece was over for the holidays, and so she brought her homework with her one of them was a science project. She asked me if I could help her with the project, which was baking cookies. I said sure I love baking cookies. The project calls for 4 different cookies recipes, one of them has to be made w/o eggs, the other w/o butter, one w/o baking soda, and one w/o flour. I remember thinking, how can you make cookies w/o flour? But it was so funny trying to make them, b/c it all came out very disgusting looking. And on top of that we burnt them and it looked like blobs of charcoals. After they were done, my niece and I took pictures of them to remind us the fun time we had making them. I still have the pictures and it always make me smile.

Hey! It would be nice if you shared some of the pictures here! ;) Also, there is a cookie you can make without flour....chocolate no-bake cookies do not take flour...and they are delicious! Sounds like the two of you had a lot of fun though and made lots of memories!

I to baked that same experiment with my step-son some years ago. It was fun. But I have a flourless cake recipe that we made into cookies. We turned them into Ice Cream Sandwiches...they were a total home-run. Have a Pink Day!
