Like I don't know this holiday comes once a year or the date is falls on, every year at least two things are last minute.  I thank God no work tomorrow but have to leave decently early to travel 4 hours to sister-in-law's house (provided no traffic).  Monday I decided I hate my hair & plead for a color & cut which is happening today.  It kind of works out this year because across the street, I have 2 more gifts to get so I'll buy them & have the store wrap them (gulp/against all of my Christmas morals) while I'm getting hair done, pick up, head to grocery store for yet more last minute items the family requested & yes, go home, finishing baking/decorating cookies, divvy them up for us & whomever we're visiting, make the dip, boil the eggs.  Tomorrow morning I get up very early & in between cup of tea, a few Christmas cartoons I must see that I haven't yet, make the deviled eggs, finish whatever cookies I didn't, shower, makeup, dress, yell at whoever didn't listen to wear something decent today (ah, teenagers), pack car, hopefully don't sit in traffic, get there in one piece & collapse.  For the next 24 hours I need to be the energizer bunny.  Like I said, like I don't know when Christmas comes or what I have to get done.

hee hee Jeannine --- in just 30 minutes some very old and very dear friends are picking me up ... we're heading out for a slow and happy lunch.  When that's over I'll go to church to help the kids work on their Christmas play.  Then - I'll head out to dinner with another dear friend.
Tomorrow morning if the snow hasn't arrived - I'm meeting another great friend for breakfast.
I love a nice, easy life - lol lol

Your life sounds like frantic FUN.   God bless and kepp you.
