What happened to the Brownie Points? When you said that you were changing the format, you said Brownie Points would remain. It seems that all mine have disappeared as well as other verbestbakers.

What happened to the Brownie Points? When you said that you were changing the format, you said Brownie Points would remain. It seems that all mine have disappeared as well as other verbestbakers.

I'm with Angela - my brownie points disappeared also. It is extremely difficult to navigate through the pages and find how to add brownie points - everything has changed and it isn't for the better :( Very displeased with the changes.

Where did my brownie points go from yesterday I had about 58585 and now I have 300. Poof they are gone and have 300? That makes the whole year redundant I came every day and got my 205 points until Oct 7 when my points now say 300. What in the world happened? Does not seem fair to everyone who came each day starting Jan 1 and got their points and now showing 300?? Will my old points be put back up? All that for nothing? Just does not seem right. Sorry ranting but am upset.

Yesterday I had a Live Chat with Mike. He was very nice. However, all the concerns that I expressed: lack of ease of navigation, no Swapped Recipes or Kitchen Curiosities ands some others, were responded to with "We think you'll really like the new site." Well, apparently I and many others don't like it. I was a daily visitor, but there is no longer a reason to do that. Just once I wish a large corporation would take the time to survey us first and ask us what changes, if any, we'd like to see or would use. Whhy couldn't they post a survey with options and let us respond? One would think we are the people the web site was resdesigned for. Nestle, you goofed big time on this one! I have been a daily visitor for years; I will no longer be doing that. Thanks for the redesign there isn't any reason to do that.

I just lost all of my Brownie points. They were by my name yesterday and when I signed in today it went back to 5. i'm not sure I like the new website and I might be done with it.

My brownie points disappeared also. I tried to email them about this but apparently you can't email them without a UPC & product. A quote on this site claims they are all about "communication". Go figure!

I'm pretty much agreeing with what everyone is saying about the new format of this site. The new site isn't user friendly, you can't just log in to get brownie points anymore & I don't have time to post something everyday. I probably won't be using the site that much anymore. Sometimes change is NOT for the BETTER! :(

This new site is not at all user friendly. (When I tried to come back later yesterday, I never got back in as it seemed the site had crashed.) There is no guidance, no headings or links to help us navigate using the the links we are used to and of course my Brownie Points are gone. The look is nice and we are happy you went through all this trouble for us, but you can't do a 180 on us and not have some similarity to the original site that would help us to use the new website. You could have changed a few things over time and eased into this very nice looking site. BTW we weren't complaining about the look of the site, we were complaining about the stale content of the site. I guess you really weren't listening to us. So like Karen L says I maybe done with this site also. Since I could never figure out what the Brownie Points were good for, I see no reason that compels me to come back to this site.

Site states limited to 205 points daily, I just checked ways to earn and 100, 50, 50 & 50 but no 5. Also, I lost all my past points and I can not get past page 1 on my saved recipes.

I had 54,755 points. Now I have 5, where did the previous points go?

This is very disappointing to me.

I really enjoyed checking all the articles you had. They too are gone.

Will you return to the past format. That would be nice. As this one is not working.

Yeasterday, I had 4 thousand something?. Today I lost everything and started with 5. I only log-in once a month to get the calendar. But you no longer have the calendar available. I keep trying to understand your website.

I, too have lost my brownie points, although I never did find out what they are good for. I check in every day earning the maximum number of points but have never received anything for them, so what's the deal?
