My daughter Erin and her friend Rachel ask if they could make peanut butter cookies. I thought how hard could it be they are 13. Never again ! A double batch they brought the dough in for me to taste not telling me they already had! Needles to say after washing my mouth out for what seemed like forever ! They had mixed the sugar and the baking soda up They still laugh to this day about there first try!! I make them now LOL

My first try at cooking was instant potatoes. When my finger went from the ingredient and crossed the box to the amount, I mixed up potatos and salt. I put an entire cup of salt in the potatoes. Even at nine, I thought that sounded like a lot, but that's what the box "said" so I did it. Dad usually made my brothers and sister eat what I cooked while mom was working, but he let them off the hook that night. And I was a lot more careful in the future.

That was a dirty joke. Did they taste the batter themselves?
