When it was time to work cattle in the fall, mom would mix up a batch of monster cookies so we'd have plenty of treats for afternoon coffee breaks at the corral. She didn't have a big enough mixing bowl, so used the turkey roaster. That was the first fall use for the roaster and got it out and ready for holiday cooking.

How do you make "monster cookies"?  Is it a special recipe or just big cookies?

Interesting concept.  Can you make any cookie dough and just make really big cookies or it is a specific recipe?
