In Response to Re: Molasses Cookies:
Verlee....thanks for the recipe.  My Mom used to make these all the time.  I thought I had her recipe; but I could not find it.  She has been gone 26 years and I am anxious to bake them just for a memory.

I have been thinking about Molasses Cookies for a week now, I saw a Martha Bakes show and she made Molasses Cookies and added chocolate to the batter I can't recall if it was just cocoa powder of if she added chocolate chips as well.   I might have to look it up and try both.
