It's been more than 20 years since I graduated from high school, but when I smell warm Nestle chocolate chips cookies, and make a glass of Nestle chocolate milk I always think of Andy's house. My best friend Kelly and I would walk as fast as we could so not to be drenched by the time we got there. We were all in the band and Andy played the drums, and he was an upperclassmen. It was a treat to be invited to HIS house. I remember how funny he was. We would goof off making the dough, and sometimes sampling got a little out of control. The batch was never as many cookies as it was supposed to be! But when the first pan came out of the oven, we would sit at the table with Nestle Chocolate milk and all you could hear was the rain against the windows. Then the 'mmmm', 'oh, these are SO GOOD' and we would each try and outdo the last exclamation. Not that it matters, because we were all enjoying the moment!

Wasn't there always someone that was like the drummer? HIS house? Oh, HIM? Wow, WHO?

How lucky was I when I married HIM 15 years later?

It was a girl that would make cookies for the boys.Everyday .I think she married a quarter back. She made the best cookies. Her parents had the kids over there all the time.We played pool, basketball. They were both teachers, they help the kids that needed help.I think i'am a teacher today due to them. They loved helping people. There was no booze, drugs,no xbox.Simple things ,simple times
