Spaghetti sauce

I was making spaghetti sauce and went to put some garlic in. The top of the garlic container came loose and I ended up with a whole bottle in my sauce. Needless to say we could not eat it but got a big laugh over it. I did put it away to add more sauce the next day when I could get to the store.

I hate it when too much of any spice falls into what I am making. I am glad you can thin it a bit & still use the sause.

I use fresh garlic too. My youngest son and my husband would say that too, Nancy, that there is no such thing as too much garlic!!!

Glad you were able to salvage the sauce by thinning it out.

The pepper shaker once slipped out of my hand into the pot of mashed potatoes, I was able to scoop off the pepper but I did not clean the pepper shaker right away & it was like getting glue out of the holes. After that I started using the lid of the spice or my hand to shake the spice in(over the sink) & then use the lid to dump in the recipe.
