I was in class with culinary class with Missy my cooking partner. She rolled out the dough & it was all pretty & perfect. We agreed I'd put the crust in the pan & put the filling in. When she went to pit dough over the top it collapsed. It was because I didn't put in enough filling... oops!

I once forgot to add the salt to the pie crust (I was a very brand new wife and baker at the time) so smarty pants me just sprinkled the already incorporated dough with salt and kneaded it a little! Yuck, don't ever do that!!!
