Once a month I teach a cooking class at the local grocery where I live. I received some recipes that are very simular in taste to the ones made at Kentucky Fried Chicken. The sign up sheet had over 70 people signed up so I got enough food for 70. It was fun cooking the food and it took longer than I had anticipated. I made fried chicken, biscuits, cole slaw and baked beans. Some how we finished with more food that we should have because more people showed up than what we had food for. It was wonderful and the food really did taste like it was from Kentucky Fried Chicken.

That sounds like fun.  I am glad you had enough food for everyone.

It must be fun teaching a cooking class, but I bet it is a lot of work too!
