Got a question for you all out there - I used to have a very simple recipie that had 4 ingredients to make a simple oat cookie.  I tried today to make it from memory.  I thought it was oats, mead or water, salt and honey.  After I got that together, I couldn't form anything, so tried adding a little flour.  The flour made it feel like a cookie dough, so I baked it.  After 20 minutes,  I finally gave up and took them out of the oven - they tasted like cardboard oat cookies, and never did brown.  Anyone have any ideas?Undecided
