I needed a $10 gift exchange for a family get-together. I bought a Libby's pumpkin bread kit, placed it in a big red bowl, added a couple wooden spoons, foil loaf pans, and a red hand towl. I wrapped the whole thing in white tisse paper and added a big bow and there was a quick and easy gift for anyone in the room. It was the hit of the party! The winner of the gift was so excited. She was going to bake the pumpkin bread with her grandchildren.

That is a great story. I need a $5.00 to $10.00 gift for our bowling party.
I know they get tired of getting cans of peanuts.

If I don't know who will get the gift I sometimes get scratch off lottery tickets.  Not so creative, but they can be popular with some of the people.  That can make it interesting if people want to "steal" the gift in that game or trade for them.  I am not so creative to make up a great gift like the baking set.  But I too, will keep it in mind for the future.  Wink
