Hi everyone! I made my first Libbys Pumpkin Roll last night! I followed the recipe to a T but I was so worried, I only used a cookie sheet with sides.. not a jelly roll pan. And I was so afraid it would crack. I just want you all to know, it didn't crack at all! I was so pleased! Everything worked out well and I took it to work with me today!

I found out early on, the pumkin roll is really moist and rarely cracks as long as you follow the directions.  Plus everyone is really impressed with it and it tastes great!

I have yet to make my first pumpkin roll (afraid I would mess it up!); but having read your post, I will give it a try.  My husband has been hinting that he would like one for Thanksgiving; but I think I should practice before that....don't want to disappoint anyone.  Thanks for the confidence!

Congrats Melissa!  My first attempt at a pumpkin roll didn't look very appealing but it tasted great.  Somehow it was the size of a firelog by the time I got the filling in and rolled it up.  But everybody ate it anyway.   Glad yours turned out great.
