When I was about 13 years old our church youth group held a fund raiser bake sale.  My mom and I were baking cookies for the sale when one of her friends showed up.  She decides to help up out and try something new at the same time.  So, she takes and makes a batch of chocolate chip cookie dough and spoons it into an 8x8x2 in. glass baking dish.  "Cookie cake" she called it.  Well, it didn't really want to come out of the dish.  She ended up taking the whole thing home with her.  My mama and I laughed our selves senseless.  When she brought our pan bake a few days later, she told us that she ended up eating it out of the pan with a fork.  She said that maybe she'll try greasing the dish next time.  We laughed hard again.

That's funny.  Sounds like a good way to make sure you get to eat the whole cookie yourself - I think I'll try it!!

That sounds similar to my daughter's first attempt at brownies.  Our oven is a bit old, and was suddenly not pre-heating correctly.  So she left the brownies in until they looked done.  Unforturately it was a bit overcooked on the bottom - we chipped it out, and acutally ate most of it (at least the parts that came out of the pan.)  Tasted great, just VERY crunchy!
