When I was younger, my sisters and I wanted to make a treat for New Year's Eve. Instead of making regular old cookies, we wanted to make a giant cookie cake. However, we just used a traditional cookie recipe and our pan was too small, so when we put the giant cookie in to bake it spilled over the sides of the pan and caused a fire in our oven. Luckily we were able to put it out and no harm was done, but it's always been a great story for us to look back and laugh about!

I'm sure you remember (and always will) that story every New's Year's Eve.
