Coconut Cream Pie - brings back memories. Before I married, I preferred staying home on Saturday while Mother shopped. I cleaned house and usually baked coconut cream or banana cream pie during the summer months. It is still a joy to create delicious foods in the kitchen.

I didn't mean for this to get sent. My Aunt Gladine would make me lemon pudding pie w/o the piecrust or the fluffy egg white topping. She instilled my love for cooking in me.
