I decided to make vanilla fudge one day. After cooking the mixture and pouring it into a pan to set, I realized that the sugar crystals never melted properly and it just did not look like fudge. So, I scraped it out of the pan and back into a pot for reheating. Thsi time, I cooked it to long and ended up making toffee candy instead. My family all wanted to know where i got the recipe and wanted me to make it again. Sometimes, mistakes turn into nice surprises.

This is a great example of how something can go wrong and still turn out GREAT! It is just one of those things we learn by our mistakes. But usually I can't remember what I did wrong in the first place.
