GRANA here; Cali hasben banging her head into my head"in the wee small hours of the morning" [ 2AM] She then allows me to rub my knuckles on herr head( " n oogie head " ) & make nice kitty . Last night after paw paw/ hubby went o bed,I remained in the l ivingroom, reading...Cali climbed into my lap where we spent t a few hours together; I think she is at long last allowing me to be part of her family !!!!!!!!!!; & it only took 4 years

Since most pets give usp love w/o boundries, it s a real loss to us when they are gone from our lives.They forgive most if not all of our transgressions& never' "hold a grudge'They give; give& give companionship, affection& acceptance; making them the best friends possible.

Like so many others, my "pet" is part of my family. My little pug "Uire Ma Cushla Ta", ("Cushla" for short) is a doll baby, everyone who knows me, knows we are a package deal. Don't invite me for a weekend visit and expect me to put her at a kennel,not going to happen. She is extremely well behaved (trained) and has a great personality; gets along with people of all sizes as well as dogs and cats of all sizes. Her "best friends" are a cat and a golden retriever, her unofficial "boyriend" who is fixed (thank heavens) is a very large, 80lb male pitbull who just loves her like she is the queen of his world; we do love visiting all her friends as well as mine! When my sister calls she always asks how her "niece" is doing and yes, I send her pictures regularly. She is a frequent pic on my fbook page and my friends all ask about her.....yes she is a member of my family

Maestro is & has been a major part of our familymily since his first day w/us, 7 yrs ago.;loving & anxious to please in very way

Cali, after 4 years w/us is at last allowing us to be part of her family.

At her last nail trim, the groomer commented that Cali dd not try to bite this time only growled a l ittle. At this moment she is curled up in the empty chair nextto my pc desk; since use my whelchair the desk chair remains empty for her posession. She now allows head rubbing& petting w/o ears presing back againt her hea( sign of fearstress.she still acts ischieviously/ destructively when she gets ahold of a sponge or dishcloth

No regrets in bringing her home since her obvious contentment living w/ us is a joy to experience.Maestro & Cali curl up toether on cooler days & nights; taking turns accepting small treats from our plates: pieces of fish; poultry or other meats; not enough to ruin appetites; just enoughto enjoy the luxury of sharing mealtimes w/ humans; who serve very little other purpose in their lives.

Maestro (sweet baby boy) came to usw/ severe eye Infections requiring daily treatment& oral meds

CAlLI our highly aggressive " beasty girl" ) soon began to lick his eyes & shortly no further treatment or meds were needed! Perhaps we should call her DR CALI?

obviously no longer aggressive or a beasty girl"CALI IS NOW A CUDDLE KITTY

Cali saw the vet for her annual exam
even though she has lost 10# ; since her adoption) she is still considered overweight ( now 13#)
eededa teeth cleaning & was sedatedforit.They then found an abscessed ooth.
More sedation , tooth pulled doing well( eaing, playing & cuddling; total cost over $500
; but she's doing well showing love to us all

Our cat chose us. Our neighbor inherited him and really didn't want him, but he kept visiting us so my boyfriend and I took him in as ours. We have no children and are in our 30s and 40s so they really aren't in the cards, but I do refer to my boyfriend as daddy when I am talking to George (the cat). He has been a blessing to us and we really love having him around.

GRANA here;always e ever part ofour family ( the core of it)CALI, now a cuddle kitty spends hours on paw paw's lap or wrapped around my head helping us both to stay warm.
Even getting her meds[anti biotics & pain relief did not cause fear or aggression,She did wiggle a bit when the meds dropper was put into her mouth
MAESTRO as always( my sweet baby boy; anxious to please gentle & affectionate.

My dog's are definitely very spoiled members of our family.I have to wrap all their gifts.I got a great deal on milk bones ( 6 boxes ) which they love.i paid 2 / $ 3.Watch sales and coupons you can save big on their goodies too! Along with other things,toys and new sweaters.Everything will be wrapped it's a riot watching them tear the wrapping off.They are my Angels.

Janet, your Pug is so gosh darn cute. I can't imagine anyone turning you away for a visit if you had Cushla with you.

Todd, welcome I suggest that you post your request for a chicken recipe in another location....I don't do frying of chicken just baking so I can't help you out. Try Food Network or All Recipes for some good recipes if you don't get any here..
