I rarely eat fast food, but when it's a necessity I'll go to McDonald's and order a protein-style chicken sandwich. That's a grilled chicken breast wrapped in lettuce, instead of the bun.

My husband loves to go to Burger King, McDonalds, KFC, or a Pizza place which doesn't help keep our weight down. His favorite is pizza. If I don't feel up to cooking and say pizza...there he goes.

My favorite fast food would be to open up a bag of salad, but I guess you mean buying fast food from Burger King, McDonalds etc. I rarely eat "fast food" but I guess my favorite would be a Big Mac. Now that I am thinking of one, I might pick 2 up for hubby & me after shopping this weekend. I do not recall the last time we had them, but I know we had them once this year.

My older boy worked at Subway for 10 years as a manager,I worked there for two years and my youngest has been there for four years now.I love Subway! I love the chicken breast patties on herb cheese bread toasted with lettuce,tomato,a little onion,one line of mayo,oil,vinegar and a little salt and pepper and also the grilled chicken salad made with lettuce and spinach with all the veggies except pickles and jalepenos.I had lunch there 5 times a week for 2 years and never got sick of it.I think this is a lot healthier than most fast food.It's only 8am and now I want a salad lol !

I so rarely eat fast food now that when I do I figure I'll go "all out" for the nasty stuff.

I really like Wendy's Spicy Chicken Sandwich and I think there is a law that you can not order anything from Wendy's and not get a Frosty. And you have to have fries to go with the sandwich and Frosty. So there is my bad for you lunch that I have not had in about 4 years.

We do go out for Pizza fairly often, once every 2 months or so. I do enjoy a great Deep Dish Pizza.

My favorite sandwich to make at home if I am going to calorie splurge is a salami. But it has to be a certain brand and if it is on sale I will get it. Will never pay full price for it! When it is on sale I will get 1/4 pound of Volpi Genoa Hard Salami, 4 slices of Provolone Cheese at the deli. When I get home I will get my "Crusty" roll, drizzle with a bit of oil and vinegar, lay half the salami down, 2 slices of cheese, a few slices of Roasted Red Peppers. If I have lettuce a few leaves but that's not important.
The rest of the cheese and salami will be saved for the same sandwich the next day.
Don't do that often as they don't often put the salami on sale and it is not carried by all the stores in the area so it is rare that I get it. I think the full price for this salami is around $8.00 a pound when it is on sale it is around $4.00. Needless to say I don't have one of these often either.

I did get a Whopper this past weekend, they were buy one get one but that is the first Whopper I have had in about 1 year. It was really pretty good!

McDonald's BIG MAC!!! When that sandwich was introduced, I craved it!!! Could not pass a McDonald's without stopping to purchase one!! To this day, my mouth still waters when we drive by McDonald's......however, we don't stop EVERY time....only every OTHER time!!

We have a Subway here in town. The closest Burger place is
40 miles away, So we don't eat out much.

I have never really liked fast food burgers(or even restaurant burgers for that matter) but will eat them if I have no choice. I used to love the Wendy's caesar salad but never get that anymore. If I get hungry while I'm out I usually just wait until I get home and grab some cheese or a yogurt lol.

Do love pizza, but that too will be curtailed since I just had three molars pulled. Just too hard to chew it now lol.

When out & about hubby& I go for any Asian food( Thai,Chinese, Japanese,Vieamese: good rice for hubby;hot tea & lovely subtle flavors forus both
At home t's a piece o fruit &tea( hot or cold( seasonal)
hubbyis always ready to eat a cokie or a handful, w/good coffe, tea or milk

This is another favorite,SLAW DOGS! I only eat this at home because I'm not a big fan of most coleslaw that you get when you eat out.I love a good beef hot dog on a good bakery roll,not the kind on the grocery self in a plastic bag.Topped with a nice mound of coleslaw.I first tasted this at a little hot dog restaurant in a neighboring town.The restaurant is dedicated to only hot dogs.There is one for the kids called the Deputy Dog,it has peanut butter and jelly on it.I'm not going to knock it because I haven't tasted it.It is a favorite that has been on the Menu for a long time.
