We eat mostly fish, chicken, turkey and pasta.  Don't eat beef and pork.  Eat a lot of vegetables and salad.

I try to eat as many raw foods as possible, no processed foods. This is the challenge since DH could care less what he eats.
I recently have been having a protein shake for my lunch and no more sugar.

I try to ride my exercise bike every day even if it is for just a few minutes and I try to watch what I eat.  However, I've been having trouble with both of these lately.

I was doing well for a while, but I started having problems with my feet and ankles, so exercise dropped out of the picture.  I can tell that I need to add it back into my routine as soon as possible.  But it is a lot easier to get out of that habit than to get back into it.

I go to a Pilates conditioning class every Monday morning, and work out on my Elliptical at home at least 2 days each week. I have been in the habit of watching what I eat for the past 15 years or so (I'm 60), and try to not eat anything after 7:00 p.m. I love fresh fruits and vegetables and have plenty to choose from here in Southern California. I limit the carbs I eat and try to go easy on the sugar. I also try to eat lots of protein. I could stand to lose another 8-10 pounds, but am having trouble with that. But I am happy to be maintaining and not gaining weight.
