It was 102 (broke a record from 1995)....mighty hot with the 72% humidity!  Today it is ONLY supposed to go up to 96.  Whew!!  What a relief?!

VERY VERY HOT & HUMID


103* yesterday
104* day before
Today is to be the same.
Heat index 115*
No rain in over a month

I think were all being told something...
I sure hope the Fall brings cooler temps..

At 6 am it's 78 with a heat index of 81 in Hot Springs, AR.  A high of 92 is expected with a 40% chance of rain and a heat advisory in effect.

Temp 97 a few drops of rain fell in the afternoon. The heat index was in the 100's.

We have been over 100 for 57 days.  2 of those days were 113.  And no rain.

It's 80 with a heat index of 85 in Hot Springs, AR at 7 am with a high of 96 expected and 50% of thunder storms and the usual heat advisory in effect until 7 pm.

Sounds like everyone is getting heat.  It is "only" 90 here in central MO at noon.

We finally got a bit of rain.  After church, it was cloudy and looked very promising.  Yards and crops are in need with all this heat upper90's and even some 100's around central Illinois.  About an hour later, we did get some rain- about .08 in our rain gauge.  It has cooled some but we would like a few more degrees cooler.
Old timers say that for every day of 90 plus in the summer we will have below zero the next winter!  I hope that is just superstition.

Weather has been HOT AND HUMID.  Today was better.  Only hit 100.  Yesterday was 104 and the day before 103. Both days very very humid.
