Weather this year has certainly been strange.  It probably could have killed Mary's rose bush.  It is cool and cloudy this morning in central MO. Rain is predicted soon.  I should get out and pull some weeds before it starts.

Here in eastern Missouri we were supposed to get heavy rain, even hail, right after 6AM ......... nothing happened.  Thank goodness.  If it's gonna' hail I want to be home.

It's 80 with a heat index of 83 in Hot Springs, AR this morning - a high of 97 is expected - hot and HUMID!!!

During the night we had a BAD storm with so much wind and lots of rain.   I had three precious potted tomato plants on the side of my driveway .... two were turned over.  For the thrid one, the plant and soil were still on the driveway but the pot is gone.  I walked down the block but couldn't find it.    My bird feeders were on the deck in back .... I went walking looking for those and picked up my neighbor's door mat and lawn furniture cover.
Another big, bad storm is moving in right now.  Yikes.

/Thunderstorms this morning with a lot of wind.  Raining quite hard when I left for work at 6.  it did cool off from the nasty heat/humidity yesterday evening.  Missouri weather can be really werid
