My VBB is messed up, any one else have a mixup in their's?

I checked my VBB and my name is at the top but most of the posts are from JOHN H. I did a print screen, guess I will try to email it to the site and se if they respond. Anyone else have this problem?

This is a new feature of "following" a favorite Baker (if someone has stories/posts you enjoy reading they can all be collected together in your "My VBB"). You choose to "follow" a Baker by clicking on their name then select "Follow Baker" when you are in their profile. This is the information you are seeing. If you wish to "unfollow" a Baker, simply click on their name in the forums or in your "My VBB" and select "unfollow Baker" under their picture in their profile.

Hi Very Best Baking ... twice I've found a different Baker in my VBB and I've never picked one. They seem to appear by magic.
I just click "unfollow" and it works fine. I just wonder why they appeared.

I am not getting ponts and my VBB is still full of John H. items

Also,I have never clicked on a name to follow,guess VBB thought I needed to follow someone

OK, I found the do not folow spot, thanks for the info. I hope it stays that way (no offense John H.) Sure would be nice if the site gets the bugs our soon, the holidays are close & we do not need to spend so much time looking for recipes to make.

My points stalled at 47 or 48 thousand, then they jumped, stalled, and now are ZERO. So yes.

I had that happen in My VBB, too. I had clicked on a Favorite Baker, but had no idea that My VBB section would soon be overflowing with her posts! Unfortunately, I had to click to unfollow her and then her posts were gone. I don't understand though why VBB would put her posts into where my posts are! That's something they definitely need to correct and fix!

And my points seem to be like the rest of yours.....bobbing up and down, up and down. Heaven forbid....they haven't gotten quite all the way down to zero yet and sure hope they don't! Hopefully, our Christmas gift from VBB will arrive early in the complete fixing of "everything" on the site!!

The "Favorite Baker" feature is meant to save you time; we apologize if that wasn't your experience. If you have posts/reviews/recipes from a VBBer that you enjoy reading, then "following" them will collect all their posts in one place. That way, you don't have to dig through the boards and recipes to hear from them! We will do a better job of explaining this in "What's New on VBB"!

I understand that part, VBB, and yes, it does make it easier to find their posts and recipes. But I have to scroll through pages and pages of My VBB looking for my own posts and points. It would be much simpler and a lot easier on us if My Favorite Bakers was a separate section in My VBB, instead of their posts and all being mixed in with my list of posts. See what I am saying?

Hi VBB -- I sure agree with Carol here ... if I make anyone a favorite it's almost impossible to find what I posted when and where, so I can never have favorites.

They need to fix it so we can add favorites. I had to log in yesterday and again today and my points are the same as they were yesterday. I went and got all my points but sure not showing them, sniff sniff

VBB, Thank you so much for your consideration of my idea! And I do understand that it may take you some time to do that, but as long as you are willing to make those changes, I am willing to patiently wait. Hey! I'm still here after patiently (sometimes impatiently) waiting for over a month for this site to be fixed correctly, aren't I?!

Nancy, that's me exactly! You are one of several I'd like to add to my favorite bakers but don't because of that reason!! I had added one person, with the intention of adding more, until I see all her posts there, so I decided to take her out until things could be hopefully fixed better.

Sharon, Sorry to hear you are still having trouble with having to sign in. That part of mine has been working fortunately! I wonder why some of us are already signed in while others still have to sign in? Seems like it would be fixed for all of us at the same time.
I did have a thought.....Do you, by any chance, clear your "cookies" each day when you are done online? I used to do that everytime until I finally realized that was the reason I was having to sign in the next time to all of the sites that require sign in. Good luck to you.....hope they get your sign in fixed soon!
